Review and Feedback Form

Thank you for choosing Wright Commercial Litigation! The firm endeavors to provide high-quality legal services at a good value and hopes your experience was consistent with that goal.

You are requested to complete the following short survey so that the firm may improve its service and, with your permission, use any positive comments for marketing purposes (on an anonymous basis only).

Any and all feedback you choose to provide—good, bad, or ugly!—is welcome and appreciated.

  • 8. If you were satisfied with the firm’s services and are willing to provide a short review (4-5 sentences at most) which you do not mind being quoted publicly by the firm for marketing purposes, then please do so in the box below. Reviews are very helpful to the firm. All quotes of any statements are done anonymously only, subject to the “Notice” below, in order to protect individual confidentiality. As such, please do not identify yourself or an adverse party, or reveal any legal advice in your review.

  • By leaving a review in the comment box above, you grant Wright Commercial Litigation permission to quote from your statements (in whole or part) for its advertising and marketing purposes—in particular, by publishing some or all of your statements on the firm’s website or social media as feedback—provided, however, that the statement is attributed to you only in a generic way, e.g., by identifying you as a “Former Client,” “Consultation Recipient,” or in some other similar way that does not, by itself, reasonably risk revealing your identity to public viewers of the quote. Despite the foregoing, you acknowledge, accept, and agree that the firm may be required in some unusual circumstances to reveal your identity pursuant to law, court order, or ethical rule (such as, for example, if the Texas State Bar requests substantiation of any quotes used on the firm’s website) and accordingly grant the firm permission to disclose your name if so required to comply with any law, court order, ethical rules, or otherwise. At all times, however, you retain the right, for any reason or no reason at all in your sole discretion, to revoke permission for the firm to continue publishing statements from your review and can do so by providing written notice to the firm, which may be in the form of an email to the firm’s managing member, and any quotation or other public use of statements from your review will cease and be removed from public view, provided the firm is able to accomplish the removal (e.g., it is not a print advertisement that has been already published) and the firm is given a reasonable time in which to remove your statements.
